In general, people learn best when they see the applicability of what they are trying to learn applied to their situation. PSSI does not usually provide classroom training for "mixed" groups of students. Training that "Company A" employees need may be significantly different from the training "Company Z" employees need; teaching a manufacturer's staff the principles necessary to run a distribution company's system is a gross waste of time.
Based on our previous discussions with you, we setup the system to process your information as required. Then, to provide the most effective learning environment, PSSI loads your company's data into the new software. Looking at data familiar to them, your employees will be taught the intricacies of the new system, in small groups, in the comfort of their own environment. Your staff learns everything they need to know and only what they will use.
