While this step is "optional," the companies in which we perform this process have the most satisfactory experiences with their system implementation. During the Consulting engagement, performed by the professionals in the PSSI Business Consulting Group, we get into the minutia of the day to day operations of your functional business areas and help you determine the methods thorough which your company will benefit most from improved systems. This process is performed on a fee basis and encompasses areas such as: Accounting, Manufacturing, Customer Relationship Management, Human Resources and Warehouse Management. Your decision should not be whether to perform Business Consulting, but whether you want the complete corporate business model evaluated or initially address just limited functionality.
Obviously, the knowledge we gain during the Consulting process provides enormous benefits to you; that is the time during which we jointly examine and document your business policies, data flow, information requirements, report mappings, etc. The process helps identify specific areas of improvement and assists you in finalizing and quantifying your goals. To begin the actual installation process, PSSI will provide complete software setup assistance using the information gathered during the initial needs analysis interviews and the Business Consulting process. Following the software setup and system configuration, we teach your staff to use the systems. All system user training will be performed on-site at your offices, using your data, to make the learning process as short, to-the-point, and effective as possible. PSSI has developed a controlled, structured implementation process which will be managed by one of our Project Managers and the Lead Consultant assigned to your project. This procedure assures the success of your project.
Post-implementation, we will meet with you periodically to help measure the success of the systems against your goals and to discuss your satisfaction with the systems, your areas of concern, and ways in which the systems could be enhanced or improved.
